Imperfect Host are often represented by chaos. Each limb seems to behave erratically as control shifts between the separate warring Host that inhabit the forms. This constant shifting is perfect for the Brood Flayer. Unlike the lesser Host, para Host such as Flayers no longer fight for supremacy. They maintain control and manipulate other host forms with ease. Flayers hide inside the ecosystems of other Host and, in a moment’s notice, burst forth to claim victims who mistook its movement within as just another imperfect spasm.
