How Toxic works

All units within 8″ of this unit have their Resolve reduced by 1. Additionally, any unit (friend or foe) that is issued a command while within 8″ of this unit must pass a Resolve test first. If it fails, it immediately suffers damage rolls equal to the number of models in this Toxic unit.
