After the carnage of the Civil War, the Confederation turned increasingly towards mechanisation. Tin Men replaced the vast numbers lost against the Asylumists, allowing the Confederation to face its enemies without sacrificing casualties it could no longer sustain.
Marching alongside the Tin Men, Attack Squads and Wire Men is the Arsenal—a compact mobile weapons platform built to follow advancing columns across the most heavily damaged battlefields. Despite carrying an immense concentration of firepower, the Arsenal is surprisingly fast and capable of traversing broken terrain with relative ease.
Its devastating Skyshatter Lances are designed to punch through enemy armour and threaten targets sheltering behind fortifications. Moving behind the main Confederation advance, the Arsenal delivers concentrated supporting fire wherever resistance is greatest.
As the theatre of war expanded, the Arsenal’s adaptable frame was outfitted with increasingly specialised armaments. Variants equipped with plasma and radiation weapons were deployed against threats emerging from the Host and the Biocite Expanse, burning and disintegrating organic monstrosities before they could overwhelm the Confederation lines.
