Returns & Eligibility
Our refund and returns policy allows 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Additional Terms
- Assembled Miniatures – Once miniatures have been assembled, we can no longer accept their return. If your return request is due to an issue identified during assembly, please contact us, and we will investigate.
- Incomplete Sets – We thoroughly inspect all sets before shipping. If a return is received with missing parts, we cannot offer a full refund. However, if you received an incomplete set due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately for a resolution.
- Damaged or Mistreated Items – We do not offer refunds or returns for products that have been damaged due to improper assembly, exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., heat, moisture), or rough handling beyond normal use.
To process a return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email, receipt, or transaction ID.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, which may take 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider. Processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank. There may be a delay before the refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
- If you need an exchange, contact us at info@voidsiege.com before returning the item.
- Please provide photos of the issue before sending the item back.
- In some cases, we may require the defective item to be returned before issuing a replacement.
Shipping Returns
To return a product, please contact us at info@voidsiege.com for instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If returning a high-value item, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
