How Flying works

Flying overrides the normal prohibition on moving over or through models.

A unit with Flying ignores terrain and Cover movement penalties unless another rule explicitly states otherwise.

Flying does not allow a unit to end movement in an illegal position or within prohibited enemy distance unless a Charge or movement effect allows it to enter engagement.

Example

A unit or weapon with Flying meets the rule's stated condition. Flying overrides the normal prohibition on moving over or through models. Once those steps are complete, play continues normally.
