How Vulnerability Analysis works

During your player turn, before the first command point is spent, you may choose any enemy unit for Vulnerability Analysis.

Until the end of that player turn, reduce the chosen unit's Resolve by 1.

A unit cannot be affected by more than one Vulnerability Analysis at a time. The maximum penalty from Vulnerability Analysis is -1 Resolve.

Vulnerability Analysis affects Resolve only. It does not reduce Shield or modified Shield.

The effect ends when that player turn ends, after all command points for that turn have been spent.

Example

A unit or weapon with Vulnerability Analysis meets the rule's stated condition. During your player turn, before the first command point is spent, you may choose any enemy unit for Vulnerability Analysis. Once those steps are complete, play continues normally.
