Table Setup

Follow the steps in the Setup section in ../setup/setup_rules.md.

After rolling off to decide who goes first, place four objective tokens on the line 12" from the table edge of the player who won the roll-off.

Place the four objective tokens evenly across the table width, following the recovered Wall diagram.

This player is the defender; the other player is the attacker.

Unit Setup

The defender deploys first.

Use the model coherency and unit spacing requirements from Battle Formations in scenario_modules.md.

After the defender deploys, the attacker deploys using the same restrictions.

Special Rules

Defend At All Costs

At the end of each turn, check each of the four objectives. The defender gains 1 Victory Point if each objective has at least one defender unit within 3" of it.

Otherwise, the attacker gains 1 Victory Point.

Reinforced Defenses

Use Reinforced Defenses from scenario_modules.md.

Victory Conditions

Outlast Your Enemy

At the end of Turn 5, the player with the most Victory Points wins.

Annihilation

Use Annihilation from scenario_modules.md.

Example

The players select Scenario 4: The Wall for their battle. The players check the conditions in the expanded description, resolve each applicable instruction in order, and then continue the current game sequence.
