Special Rules
Drill
A Drill weapon uses its wielder's modified Resolve as its Att value. If its first roll produces a success, failed dice can be rolled again for as long as each new batch produces at least one more success.
How Drill works
Drill is a melee weapon special rule.
When a model attacks with this weapon, this weapon's Att value equals that model's modified Resolve.
After rolling attacks with this weapon, if at least one attack was successful, reroll failed attack dice with this weapon. Repeat this process only while each reroll batch produces at least one additional successful attack.
Drill uses normal melee attack resolution, damage, allocation, and removal timing unless another rule explicitly states otherwise.
Example
A unit or weapon with Drill meets the rule's stated condition. When a model attacks with this weapon, this weapon's Att value equals that model's modified Resolve. Once those steps are complete, play continues normally.
