Command Override
If a unit fails to carry out a command due to a reaction, they are not assigned a restriction. However, a command token is still discarded. This can occur if the target moves out of line of sight/range when using the Shoot command.
Example: A unit uses the Assault command but can only complete the Run portion because the target moved out of range. The unit gains the Run restriction but not the Shoot restriction.
