Spoils of War

As activations alternate, the player with the second activation of the turn will have the last command point. If they do not use this point to react to their opponent’s final command, they may use it to carry out a command that their opponent cannot react to.

Example: Player A completes their last command without leaving Player B an opportunity to react. Player B uses Spoils of War to issue a Shoot command that Player A cannot counter.
