Unstable Platform

Models with this rule can fire all of their weapons at their target but must reduce their resolve by -1 when resolving target lock if they choose to do so.

Example: A unit with Unstable Platform fires all its weapons at a target. Each target lock roll receives a -1 penalty to the result.
