Will of the Masters

Before activating this Unit you may remove a single restriction after which you must make a resolve test for the unit. Remove a model from this unit for every point the test is failed by.

Example: A unit removes the run restriction before activation. The resolve test fails by 2 points, so 2 models are removed from the unit.
