Modifiers are effects that alter gameplay mechanics, such as adding or subtracting from rolls or measurements.

Modifiers may affect:

• Target Lock
• Damage
• Movement distance
• Attribute tests
• Restrictions

Example: A weapon with a +1 modifier to damage rolls would increase a roll of 3 to 4.
