Overflow
For every successful roll place the explosive template partially over a model in range. All models partially under the template are classed as being in range of the attack. If the attack fails roll dice equal to the resolve value of this unit as damage. If this unit is a vehicle use the shield value instead.
Example: A successful roll places the explosive template over a model. An unsuccessful roll triggers damage equal to the Resolve value of the unit, affecting all models in range.
