Grenades

Using a grenade is the same as firing a weapon but with a few exceptions. A unit’s grenade profile indicates the total number of dice rolled for the entire unit. Grenades are used simultaneously with any other ranged weapons, and their results are resolved together.

Example: A unit of five models throws grenades with a profile of 3 and fires rifles with an RoF of 1. The player rolls 3 dice for grenades and 5 dice for rifles at the same time. Grenade and rifle results are applied simultaneously to the target, causing area and direct damage.
